I can not explain how amazing their team is. The sweetest people I have ever met in my life. I have never been to such an accommodating place and understanding. Front desk Sabreen took such good care of us. We got there and as soon as we did we learned that we the grooms family had a death in their family and my sister who is the bride had a panic attack and stopped talking to everyone. The reservation line told us we can reschedule for another day even though they paid ladies for the day to come in for our group. But we ended up staying any way because that was the brides request. And sabreen is the sweetest person ever she tried her best to take my sister out of the sad mood and do the most to make her happy. Kavita is FANTASTIC. I was up in Winston salem on a travel contract. I looked on google reviews for the best eyebrow threader in the area. I saw Kavita’s name several times so decided to give her a shot. She is very professional and actually talks to you before touching your eyebrows. She is not overzealous and shows you your eyebrows multiple times throughout the session. She got my shape and thickness to exactly where I wanted and even offered advice on how to give my eyes a lifted look. My only complaint is that she’s so far away. I should’ve drug her down to Saint Augustine with me ☀️ 🌴. You are definitely in great hands with Kavita!...more

Anna is a wonderful stylist. She really takes time to listen to your wants and expectations... she is thorough with learning your hair and goals. I'd recommend her 100%! The salon could use a few updates that's the only reason I took a star off. The wash bowls are precarious for stylists to get to. Maybe need more dryers. Stock of hair products is minimal if you need shampoo and stuff....more

I cannot review my experience with Kavitha Singh@ KAYA Salon and spa highly enough. This Spa is a gem find in Winston-Salem. I was here for full body waxing, Brazilian waxing & Eyebrows. I was treated to a genuinely fabulous experience, especially can see a visible drastic difference in the growth of hair on my body. Also Brazilian waxing is like icing on the cake. The natural wax which kavitha uses might be magical (or perhaps just the technique?) was *far* less painful than other experiences I have come to endure as necessary evils'. Kavitha Singh found an innovative way to do Eyebrow threading in this pandemic without removing her mask which is amusing. My experience with threading is A+. The atmosphere was lovely, and Kavitha Singh was attentive, thorough, and extremely professional. Me and my daughter have been regular at this spa and also would highly recommend that others do the same!...more

I have been coming to Kaya Salon for 5+ years now. They are an extremely clean and hygienic facility especially during this time of Pandemic. All employees wipe down their equipment between clients including the chairs. All the employees are appropriately masked covering their mouth and nose. As a healthcare professional, it’s so important for me to note that they are keeping themselves and their clients safe.
