Get answers to common questions about Side-Burns Laser Hair Removal.

Most clients need 4–8 sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, depending on hair thickness and growth cycles. We assess your hair and skin during consultation to recommend a customized plan for durable reduction and optimal jawline shaping.

Most people describe sideburn laser as a mild pinprick or warming sensation. We offer topical numbing on request and adjust settings for comfort. Sessions are generally well tolerated with minimal downtime and brief, controllable discomfort.

Laser safety depends on skin tone and hair color. Our specialists perform a skin assessment and choose appropriate laser settings. Darker hair responds best; alternatives may be recommended for very light or gray hair to ensure safe, effective results.

Avoid tanning, waxing, and plucking for several weeks before treatment. Shave the area 24–48 hours prior if instructed, discontinue photosensitizing products, and inform us of medications or recent procedures during your consultation.

Expect light redness or sensitivity for 24–48 hours. Protect treated skin from sun with SPF, avoid hot baths and vigorous exercise for 48 hours, moisturize gently, and do not pick at hair as it sheds to reduce irritation.

You’ll notice gradual hair reduction after the first few sessions as treated hairs shed. Many achieve long-term reduction, though occasional maintenance may be needed. Permanence varies by hormones and individual hair cycles.
